It shocked me first. I have no idea exactly how long it lasted. It injected me after the shock, but it must have waited at least a little bit. I was starting to be able to move again.

I assume it's what picked me up, yes. It has some sort of claw arm on it.

[There's a long break as Martin tries to eyeball the size of the drones on the pads, assuming they must be roughly the same.]

About a meter and a bit more wide. Four rotors. I'm pretty big and heavy. They have to have some serious power in them to lift someone like me.

Same with the one I saw. I'd figured it wasn't big enough to carry a person.

I was unconscious, so I can't 100% say it brought me here, but it's the last thing I remember seeing. I know Kokichi were on the same coast as me yesterday. I don't know how far away they were, though, and I don't think it would be safe for them to check the area where I was taken.

Not until the third one comes back, at least. I'll keep everyone updated on what the drones are doing while I'm in here.

Multi-tasking. Removing hinges is out as an option. There aren't any. Looks like the door slides up. There are multiple deadbolts along one side. I'm checking now to see if there's any way it can get them open from in here. I found a lockpick in the mattress. I've never tried picking a lock from inside somewhere, if that's what I need to do, though.

How skinny is your arm?

It's not. The bars are close enough I can barely get more than my fingers through. I'm going to try getting my hand through if I can find something worth doing that for.

You said the cell looks old. Any of the bars rusty?

Yeah. I've already tried some of them. They're rusty, but not rusty enough to break through. I found a syringe in the toilet's tank, but I'm not sure how I'd use that. Maybe throw it at- actually. How much do you know about electronics? Would trying to short circuit the reader be more likely to keep the door locked down or release it?

Uh-- it probably depends? I don't know, I don't actually know much about electronics. I do know about medical stuff, though. Leave the mystery syringe alone.

What about twisting your shirt into a rope, wrapping it around the rustiest bar, and trying to pull it in?

There's nothing in it, and it looks like it's been broken off of something. The drones, if I'm right.

[He can feel the bruise where he'd been injected. It just seems logical that this is the same thing that had injected into him.]

I have another idea I'm going to try, but I'll give that one a go if it doesn't work.

[It's several hours later, and Martin is switching to text because his emotional stability is rapidly deteriorating along with his digestive tract. No one needs to hear that. Texting on these takes longer, but it works.]

I think I've shorted out one of the drones.
I used the syringe to put water all over its docking port.
Heard a pop and there's smoke.
Another one's taken off, though.
Not sure if I'll be able to do it for all three with what I have.
