No. No windows in the cell. Only thing I can see is what's inside the building and what looks like jungle outside through a door that's ajar. It doesn't look like there are any people here. And maybe haven't been for a while.

There are deadbolts on the cell door, but there's a keycard reader on the wall next to it. I can't tell if there's a physical lock to pick on the front of the door, as well. Working on a way to figure that out.

A knife and my clothes. I'm seeing if I can stretch out one of the bed springs from the mattress in here. Planning to use that to check the front of the door and poke around at things I can reach. Try to hook anything that's nearby.

ok so pull a shoelace out and tie a lil loopie at the end
slip it through the bars above the deadbolt and try to catch the latch
and then you just kinda maneuver the other end of the shoelace around until you can pull it to the side and tug that sucker open

I'm checking to see if there's actually a mechanism right now. I think they might be electronic and connected to the reader. I can't physically see the front of the door. The bars are too tight and I can't press my face up against them too hard. I wear glasses. I wouldn't be able to see anything without them.

[It is a while before Martin responds. He's trying out various things.]

No physical locks. Everything is electronic. No hinges to try to remove. The door slides up into a slot in one piece. Multiple deadbolts along one side seem like they're all connected to an electronic key system. No weaknesses in the walls or bars. They're rusted, but not enough to break through. Tried calling out to the room, but nothing's come for me or changed.

I have a syringe. I'm going to try to hit the drones I can see on the pad with some toilet water. If I can't get out, I might be able to stop them from being problems for all of you if I can short-circuit them.

I've shorted out one of the drones, I think.
I don't know if I'll be able to manage the same for the others, but I can try.
I'm going to try to pull the bars out.

Human maintenance doesn't seem like it's part of their programming.
One parks in the docking station, another takes off.
I'll leave the one that's just gone out on.
But if the third one follows the same pattern, I think they're just fetch drones.
With the computer terminal, I'm assuming there's supposed to be someone here to tend to the detainees.
They just aren't anymore.
I doubt there's any food here.
The only water I have access to is tainted.
I know you're actually probably scared right now.
