Some kind of weird shit happened, but I'm…not actually sure what. I woke up here like the first time, on some part of the island I don't recognise…on the east, I think. Pretty sure.

I don't remember dying or anything exciting happening.

What the hell is going on?

[ He laughs because he's Senku. ]

Looks like this time the rescue mission is for me, huh? I'm not hurt or anything, but I also don't have any weapons. If anyone's not busy, I need two things:

One, an update on whatever I must have missed.
Two, someone who isn't busy and wants to come play guide dog.

[ He's such a brat, but his request is sincere. ]

You sound awfully sure about that. You really don't think it's possible to not know? I mean, someone could sneak up on you and do it juuust right so it's instantaneous...

[He sounds so flippant and almost teasing in saying it, but it's something he's thought about more than once. Some of his classmates didn't see it coming. He wonders if they had a chance to feel the pain and actually process what happened or if it was quick enough that they died completely oblivious.]

Anyway, I saw him talking on the walkies before so I assume he's fine. It was super gross before that, though – the boars like, trampled him and partially ate him. His corpse was so messed up I probably couldn't tell for sure if anything was weird about his body even it didn't disappear so fast.

I'm sure it's a possibility, but everyone here who has died has known or at least remembered when they woke up. Besides, I've died before.

That's gross as hell. Not a very good way to discover anything much, but good on you for trying.
