Some kind of weird shit happened, but I'm…not actually sure what. I woke up here like the first time, on some part of the island I don't recognise…on the east, I think. Pretty sure.

I don't remember dying or anything exciting happening.

What the hell is going on?

[ He laughs because he's Senku. ]

Looks like this time the rescue mission is for me, huh? I'm not hurt or anything, but I also don't have any weapons. If anyone's not busy, I need two things:

One, an update on whatever I must have missed.
Two, someone who isn't busy and wants to come play guide dog.

[ He's such a brat, but his request is sincere. ]

[ Her coming back made her think Senku might too. It gave her some hope, anyway. It kept her from totally freaking out about him, at least. ]

Yeah. They tried to block anybody from coming into or out of the airfield. Then they started charging our supplies.

[ Maddy takes a deep breath. ]

The guy in charge was somebody named King Eki. [ "Was". ] At least that's what he called himself, or something. A lot... a lot happened, Senku. I'm glad you didn't have to be here for it. It sucked ass.

So that's The Boar, huh? The last of the others we heard about from the PacAirs.
I mean we haven't actually talked to Shark yet and Orca hates us and wants to die. Leopard is pretty cool, but it doesn't want to interact with us too much unless we earn it. The Hunter guy literally will hunt us for sport apparently. And Boar...wait, what happened to him? Someone kill him or something?

[ Senku's tone moves from Senku-sensei listing facts to the way he gets when something is exciting. ]

Sounds like a pain in the ass that I'm glad to have missed. But...I'm also apparently on the other side of the island. Not exactly convenient.

[ Not when the only weapon he has is a little knife that he wouldn't be much good at using to fight anything. ]

Those boars still around trying to gore people or whatever?

The what? I guess so. How many of these people are there? The Hunter guy...that's the one said he wanted to string me up by my intestines.

Dirk got, uh, King Eki? The boar guy. He was a real dumbass about it. [ She still remembers hearing the fight. ]

I think the boars are back to normal now. It was weird. Randvi said the king could "mind control" them. [ Creepy... ]

Oh, might've been before your time. But the PacAir people gave Dirk kind of a list of…I don't know, they see them as demigods or some shit but you know I don't believe that.

Hunter seems like a real asshole. There's a reason people keep avoiding his cabin.

[ Even Senku can acknowledge there are exceptions to his working with everyone thing. It's not that he wouldn't work with Hunter, but that guy is clearly not a team player. ]

That's all the ones we heard about. Boar, Hunter, Orca, Leopard, Shark. Doesn't mean there's not more. And I guess now there's one less, unless this boar king revives the way we do.

I don't think they do, though. Orca implied they don't. Guess we'll see. If he comes back he'll probably be pissed as hell.

[ Senku isn't sure what Levi she means, but he doesn't want to ~compromise~ the nickname he has for Levi Sr. He actually assumes that's who she means, since they seem to have bonded or something. ]

I'd appreciate the assist. All my stuff is back at the airfield. Oh, thought I guess I dropped the compass attachment somewhere. Maybe at the beach? Someone should look for it.
