Of weapons? Guns, missiles, anti-tank rockets, I think.
They can also have stuff like video or audio recording equipment on them.

I'm not a drone expert or anything but I would assume it has to do with how they're built, wired, programmed. A really basic one might be susceptible to rain or water. Anything flying too far from whoever controls it, if it has no radar, then it's not gonna be very useful in dense fog.

Unless they're super heavy duty they'd likely have some weakness to electricity though, something like an overload on their system if it hits them just right.

A lot of this is conjecture, by the way. If they're heavy duty high tech military stuff then it might not matter about conditions and any of that.
