Resets after dying are all screwy. Injuries can carry over. Objects may or may not disappear and may or may not reset to arrival condition. There's no pattern with any of it, as far as I can tell. Keep it in mind.

Scouts who would also be better off protecting the civilians. I'm used to solo missions.
