[ In person he's excited, antsy, like a little kid who just found out what they're getting for Christmas. He's thinking about the lights being out in the cabin, although it course it crosses his mind that it could be some kind of trap... But if it's not, if Lalo's friend is truly out, then what could be found there? And what could it mean?
He thinks back to the suspicious rustling. Maybe nearby, then, if not actually in the (assuredly booby-trapped) cabin. ]
